Barry and Mandy Maranville are the proud owners of Mosquito Hunters of Southeast Austin-Bastrop-Cedar Creek and call Bastrop their home. The Maranville’s love the outdoors, and everything Central Texas offers. That passion made Mosquito Hunters the perfect fit.
Being an outdoor family is what really drove Barry to find and start a Mosquito Hunters business. “We know that we can really make an impact on the community. There are so many wonderful things to do in our area, but mosquitoes can impact the enjoyment of our wonderful weather.” In fact, Texas has the largest number of species of mosquitoes in the U.S. at 85.
Mosquito Hunters of Southeast Austin-Bastrop-Cedar Creek will do the job right. All of our services are backed by the Happiness Promise. Our services include mosquito control, tick, flea, and perimeter pest control.
Barry has a background in agriculture and a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. Mandy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado with an education background. Barry and Mandy have four young children; two boys that enjoy sports, and twin girls that love ballet.
The Maranville family enjoy exploring the city of Austin, the wonderful parks, State Parks, beaches, and the awesome Colorado River. The Colorado River runs through most of the territory, so they can hike, fish, swim, kayak, and many other activities. Fisherman’s Park is in Bastrop, and their children love playing, walking, or running the trail.
Barry and Mandy love being a family-owned, small business backed by a national brand in the community they call home. Barry wanted to be able to give back to their community, and mosquito control seemed like a great way to do that, “since the mosquitoes are the size of birds down here.”
Mosquito Hunters of Southeast Austin-Bastrop-Cedar Creek services Austin, Bastrop, Cedar Creek, Del Valle, and Manchaca.
