We are a locally owned and operated mosquito control service that specializes in helping you enjoy your yard. We take care of those annoying mosquitos, ticks, and fleas so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors that Colorado is so well known for. While we may not be natives, we have been lucky enough to call The Front Range home for over a decade. We are fully committed to this community, as we live, work, and send our two young children to school here.
Coming from Rochester, NY originally, we are Richard and Colleen Koss, and we moved to Colorado to answer the call of sunshine and mountain adventures. We love to spend as much time as we can hiking and camping with our kids and two dogs. Many in the community will recognize Richard as the owner and friendly face of Patriot Tree Company, and Colleen in the local classrooms as a kindergarten substitute and after school care provider. The expansion into mosquito control was an obvious move given our love for the outdoors, and the fact that the business will allow our family to become more involved with the community. After our children came along, we needed to shift into something that was flexible and allowed for family and community to be the priority- and after researching, Mosquito Hunters is the perfect fit!
We are honored to have the opportunity to help our neighbors live true Colorado lives and take back the yard from those annoying intruders!
