As a resident of Eastern Ocean County for the past eight years, Mosquito Hunters made the perfect fit for Josh Corle and is wife, Alex. Josh grew up in the area and went to Southern Regional HS. Alex is originally from Queens, NY, but has made an amazing home here in Manahawkin and loves the beach and surrounding areas.
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Biology Degree from Towson University. He played running back for the Towson University football team. In his free time, Josh is a coach for the local football, soccer, and basketball teams. He loves coaching his kids and watching them grow. Alex Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Monmouth University and has a background in marketing. Josh and Alex have been married for eight years with three young children. They enjoy going to the beach and being out on the boat in the Barnegat Bay.
The Jersey Shore is a very historic place with tons of history and is a vacation spot for families all over the tri-state area. The Barnegat Lighthouse is always a key landmark that comes to mind along with the beaches up and down the coast of New Jersey! Seaside Heights has always been a tourist attraction, and even more so because of the show “Jersey Shore”. Unique features to the area that make it challenging are the marsh lands and abundant breeding grounds for mosquitos, which make it a hot spot for larvae to develop into mature mosquitoes.
The Corle’s love being with family and friends and enjoying their backyard mosquito-free!
The main reason the Corle’s started Mosquito Hunters was because they noticed a need in the area, wanted to give back to the community and felt this was a great fit. Having small children, it was almost unbearable for them to enjoy their yard in nice weather. Their children would get welts after getting bit by mosquitoes and a couple of times they ended up in the ER from the swelling.
Once they heard about the opportunity with Mosquito Hunters, they ran with it. “The most exciting thing about this business is collaborating with people to solve a problem and making families happy. We now have the ability to help families enjoy the homes they spend so much time in.”
