As with our mosquito control services, we back our tick treatments with our Client Happiness Promise. This promise lasts for 21 days after each barrier treatment. If you spot ticks in your yard at any point during this period, simply let us know. We’ll come back and redo the treatment at no extra cost, with no questions asked.
At Mosquito Hunters, we strive to provide the most effective treatments possible for mosquito and tick control. Instead of using products that simply repel these pests, we use an active ingredient that stops them in their tracks.
This ingredient is derived from the chrysanthemum flower, one of nature’s most potent pest fighters. In fact, this is the same type of active ingredient found in anti-lice shampoos. While our treatments are virtually unnoticeable to people and pets, the active ingredient makes our treatments lethal to ticks and mosquitoes.
Our standard tick prevention plans rely on barrier treatments. With a barrier treatment, we apply the treatment product to the perimeter of your property. Within 30 minutes of application, the treatment product will dry, bonding itself to the surface of vegetation.
Once dry, the treatment product will remain active for a minimum of 21 days. During that time, any ticks that come into contact with the product will be quickly neutralized. With a Season Pass plan, we apply a new treatment every three weeks. That way, you can spend your summers outdoors without worrying about these tiny, disease-carrying pests.
