Doug Thompson has lived in the Kirkwood-Webster Groves area for twenty-five years. It is the perfect place to raise a family; the cost of living is great, but the quality of life is even better. It is also the perfect location for a Mosquito Hunters.
Missouri has so many amazing sites including the Mississippi River that divides Missouri and Illinois (it is the beginning of the Lewis and Clark Expedition), it is the home to the Gateway Arch, features the Old Courthouse where the Dred Scott decision was made and of course teams like the Cardinals and Blues are big draws in the city.
Doug chose Mosquito Hunters after getting tired of the corporate world. Doug’s vision is to grow Mosquito Hunters of Kirkwood-Webster Groves and watch people flourish under his leadership. He is excited to get all the pieces of the puzzle together and learn new things.
Doug has a degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University, along with four professional designations. He is also a registered Investment Advisor. Doug has one son, who works for Kansas State University, in Garden City, KS.
Doug is a Cardinals and Blues fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Doug is a member of Post 199, American Legion in Edwardsville, IL, and a member of the Moose organization as well. Doug gives back to the community by donating to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
